Denim and Stripes.

Dress from Urban Outfitters, T-shirt by Topshop, Boots by Topshop, Bag bought in a charity shop
I am not one to throw away clothes at the end of every season and I love to rework something that I had previously loved, but subsequently forgotten about. This outfit is made up of things that I have bought or been given over the years and I love each piece just as much as when I first got it. The dress is a vintage one that I picked up from Urban Outfitters in my second year of university. If you aren't keen on fully embracing the dungarees trend this Spring then a denim dress like this could be just the thing for you! It's easy to pair with a roll neck or a t-shirt and the denim is light weight so you won't get too overheated. I got the t-shirt from my sister as she didn't want it anymore, but I am a massive advocate of stripes - I probably own about 10 stripey tops! I find that they are great basic pieces for you to work around and can be channeled in to any style or wardrobe. The final part of the outfit is the boots, which I purchased in Topshop a few years ago with some money my dad gave me for my birthday. Don't you just love spending birthday money!? They are becoming a bit tatty now, but they are great with a dress and tights or a pair of jeans and are super comfortable. The pictures were taken by my boyfriend on a day out for our 2 year anniversary (which I will be writing about later) we went for waffles and a stroll in the park, it was lovely!
